A demonstration evening with Cordell Garfield

Cordell Garfield, a Northampton-based oil painter and tutor, employs classical techniques with a contemporary touch in his art. Specializing in portraits, figurative works, and landscapes, he draws inspiration from life drawing, sketches, digital media, and photography. As President of the Northampton Town and County Art Society, he exhibits widely, including in London and at the Royal Birmingham Society of Artists.

Relax with a tea or coffee and watch and listen as Cordell demonstrates how he creates a portrait painting in oils. 

As our first session of this kind we will be offering tickets at just £7 per person (sorry, no discount for members on this occasion).
